Any Given Sunday

Sunday Football League: Free Demo

Terms of Sale

The full game, bought in the shop at anygivensundaygame.com. Last updated October 20, 2026 (purchase email update).

The short version

  • You buy a license to play the full game on your own computers, for one payment of US$9.99, with any sales tax or VAT included. There is no subscription.
  • Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe company, takes your payment as the merchant of record. We, El Cap Studios, make the game, sell it, deliver it and look after it.
  • After payment, we email your downloads address, your express consent and acknowledgement, and a copy of these terms. Your 14-day right of withdrawal ends when you start a download, as the law allows.
  • If the game does not work or is not as described, you get a fix or a refund, as the law and our Refund Policy say. A refund ends your downloads.

Which purchases these terms cover

Purchases made before the purchase email update on October 20, 2026 keep a full refund within 14 days, even after a download. This includes orders under terms version 2026-10-20 and checkouts started under those terms but paid later. Purchases under the new terms version 2026-10-20-email-v1 have the rules below. Your order records the terms that apply.

Who sells the game

Any Given Sunday is made by El Cap Studios in Ireland. "We" in these terms means El Cap Studios. We sell the game in the shop on our site, anygivensundaygame.com. You can write to us at privacy@anygivensundaygame.com. Our postal address: El Cap Studios, Workhub, 6 Fern Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 FP98, Ireland.

Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a company of Stripe, Inc., takes your payment as the merchant of record. It charges you, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and helps with questions about the payment, under Link's own terms (https://link.com/terms). Your card or bank statement shows the payment as LINK.COM followed by our name.

We stay the seller of the game: we deliver it, we answer for it, and these terms are between you and us.

What you buy

The full game of Any Given Sunday for Windows (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit), macOS (macOS 10.15 or later, Apple silicon or Intel), as the Buy page describes it: every season, with no cap on how many, and with the free demo's saves carried over.

A license to download, install and play it on computers you use, for your own enjoyment and not for any business. You may not sell it on, share its installers or your downloads page, or put it up anywhere else. The game, its code, its text and its art stay ours.

The price buys the game as it is when you buy it, with the updates we make to keep it working as described. Paid add-ons we may offer later are sold on their own.

The game runs offline once it is installed. It needs no account, shows no ads and sends us nothing.

Price and payment

The game costs US$9.99, with any sales tax or VAT included. Stripe's checkout page shows the price in your own currency where it can, at its own exchange rate, before you pay. Your bank may charge fees of its own.

You pay once. Nothing renews.

You can pay with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link and, in some countries, the other ways Stripe offers on its checkout page. We never see your card's number.

Delivery

After payment, we send a purchase confirmation email with your order, price, downloads address, your express consent and acknowledgement, and a copy of these terms and the Refund Policy. This email is a copy you can keep. Link sends its payment receipt separately.

Downloads open once our email service accepts the confirmation for sending. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to us. Do not pay again. Your downloads page shows the installers and keeps working when you return. Its address carries your order's private key: keep it safe.

The download links work for an hour, and the page gives new ones each time you open it. An order may start 10 downloads a day.

Some ways of paying take a while to confirm. Your downloads start once Stripe confirms your payment.

If you lose your downloads page's address, write to us from the email address you paid with and we will send it to you again.

Your right to cancel

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can normally cancel a purchase made online within 14 days, without giving a reason.

For purchases under these new terms, we give every buyer 14 days to cancel before starting a download. Once you start a download, your right of withdrawal ends, as the law allows, because you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged this loss before payment, and we sent the confirmation by email. If these conditions are not met, the 14-day right stays in force after download.

Before you go to checkout, a separate, unticked box asks you to agree to this: "I expressly consent to immediate delivery of the game. I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once I start a download." Stripe Checkout also asks you to accept the Terms of Sale. We record both, and our purchase email confirms your consent and acknowledgement with the words and time. Your rights if the game is faulty and any greater rights under Link's policy or the law stay in force.

To cancel, ask Link for a refund and give "cooling off period" as the reason (https://support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link), or write to us at privacy@anygivensundaygame.com from the email address you paid with. Any clear statement will do. You may use this form:

Refunds

Our Refund Policy (https://anygivensundaygame.com/refund-policy) says when else you get your money back. A refund ends your order: its downloads stop and your license to the game ends.

If something is wrong

The game must be as described and work as it should on the systems the Buy page lists. If it does not, write to us: we will fix it, or, if we cannot, give you a refund, as your rights as a consumer say (in Ireland, the Consumer Rights Act 2022).

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.

Real people

The game uses the real names of players, head coaches, coordinators, general managers and owners, with real statistics and the jobs they really held, as text only: there are no photos or likenesses of them. The ratings are our opinions, and what happens to people in a game is made up by the game.

Not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, the NFLPA or any team.

Liability

We answer for the game being as described and working as it should, as the law says. We are not liable for losses nobody could foresee when you bought it, or for losses of a business. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Help and questions

Write to us at privacy@anygivensundaygame.com for help with the game or your downloads. Questions about the payment can also go to Link's support (https://support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link).

The law

Irish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.

You can also turn to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland (https://www.ccpc.ie), or to the consumer body where you live.

Changes

The terms in force when you bought the game apply to your purchase. If we change them, the date at the top changes.
