Refund Policy
The short version
- For new purchases, you can cancel within 14 days before starting a download. After you give express consent and receive its email confirmation, starting a download ends that right, as the law allows. Earlier purchases keep their 14-day refund after download.
- Within 60 days of buying, you get your money back if the game never reached you, does not work, is far from what we described, or the payment was a mistake or not yours.
- Ask Link's support or write to us. A refund ends your order's downloads.
Which purchases this policy covers
Purchases made before the purchase email update on October 20, 2026 keep a full refund within 14 days, even after a download. This includes orders under terms version 2026-10-20 and checkouts started under those terms but paid later. Purchases under the new terms version 2026-10-20-email-v1 have the rules below. Your order records the terms that apply.
When you get a refund
- It is within 14 days of your purchase and you have not started a download. You can change your mind and get all your money back, wherever you live. If we did not obtain your express consent and acknowledgement and send the email confirmation, that right stays after download.
- Your purchase is under the earlier terms: you keep the full 14-day refund even after a download.
- The game never reached you: the downloads did not work and we could not put that right.
- The game does not work on a system the Buy page lists, or is far from what we described, and we cannot fix it.
- Your download was damaged, and a new one did not help.
- You were charged twice, by mistake, or without your permission.
Ask within 60 days of buying. After that, your rights under the law still apply.
When you do not get one
For new purchases, once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal, and we have emailed its confirmation, starting a download ends the right to cancel, as the law allows. Changing your mind alone is then no reason for a refund. Earlier purchases keep their 14-day refund after download.
After 14 days, changing your mind alone is no reason for a refund, unless Link's policy or the law where you live gives you one.
Link refuses refunds where it finds fraud or abuse of refunds.

Link may ask us about your request. Where Link's own refund policy (https://support.link.com/questions/sold-through-link-refunds) gives you more than this one, Link's applies.
A refund goes back the way you paid, with any tax you paid. Link says it usually shows in your account within 3 to 7 working days.
After a refund
A refund ends your order: its downloads page stops giving downloads within a minute or so, and your license to the game ends, so please uninstall it. Your saved games are on your own computer and stay yours.
A payment you reverse through your bank or card (a dispute) that we lose ends your order in the same way.
If the game is faulty
If the game is faulty, you also have rights under the law where you live, whatever this policy says (in Ireland, the Consumer Rights Act 2022). This policy adds to them and never takes any away.
