- The game uses real people's names and statistics as text only. The ratings are our opinions.
The demo
Any Given Sunday is made by El Cap Studios in Ireland. "We" in these terms means El Cap Studios.
These terms cover the free web demo of Any Given Sunday at anygivensundaygame.com: the base game with a career of two seasons, in your browser. It is free and needs no account. By playing it you agree to these terms. The desktop game comes with terms of its own.
Buying the full game in the shop on the site comes under our Terms of Sale (https://anygivensundaygame.com/terms-of-sale) and our Refund Policy (https://anygivensundaygame.com/refund-policy).
As it is
The demo is a test version. We give it as it is, without any promise that it works, that it stays online or that your saves last. We may change it or take it down at any time.
Your saves live in your browser, which may delete them, for example when you clear its data. Use Export Save to keep copies as files.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the demo, such as a lost save. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing in them takes away your rights as a consumer.

The league, its conferences and the clubs' nicknames in the game are our own, and the game shows no league or club logos.
Real people
The game uses the real names of players, head coaches, coordinators, general managers and owners, with real statistics and the jobs they really held, as text only: there are no photos or likenesses of them.
The ratings are our opinions. Each person's character in the game is hidden and made up afresh for every save, and the game invents no quotes or scandals about real people. What happens to people in a game (its results, moves, injuries and news) is made up by the game. None of that is a statement of fact about a real person, or a sign that any of them endorses the game.

Playing fair
Please do not attack or overload the site, get around Report a Bug's limits or its check, or send reports that are unlawful or abusive or that hold other people's personal details.
Ours and others'
The game, its code, its text and its art belong to El Cap Studios. You may play the demo for your own enjoyment and share your exported saves. Please do not copy the game, sell it or put it up anywhere else.
The open source software in the game keeps its own licenses (the Third-Party Notices), and the data, names and photos are credited under Game Credits.
Privacy
How we handle data about you is in the Privacy Notice.
The law
Irish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
