Your saves
Your saves stay on your device. On a computer they are files in the game's save folder: Open Saves Folder, on the save screens, shows where. On a tablet or phone they are in the app's own storage, and Android's backup or iCloud Backup can keep a copy. In the web demo they are in your browser, so clearing its data for the site deletes them.
Export Save, on the save screens, keeps a copy of a save as a file wherever you choose, and Import Save brings it back on any computer, tablet or phone with the game. Export your saves before you uninstall the game or move to a new device: uninstalling the app from a tablet or phone, or the Microsoft Store's copy from a PC, deletes its saves.
A career from the demo carries on in the full game: Export Save in the demo, then Import Save in the game.
Refunds
Refunds come from the store you bought the game from, under its own rules: Steam, the App Store, Google Play, the Microsoft Store and itch.io each refund their own sales. Ask that store first. If it cannot help, write to us.
If you bought the game in our shop on this site, our Refund Policy (https://anygivensundaygame.com/refund-policy) says when you can have a refund and how to ask. For new purchases, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when a download starts after your express consent and its email confirmation, as the law allows. Faulty games and greater rights under Link's policy or the law stay covered.
Purchases made before the purchase email update on October 20, 2026 keep a full refund within 14 days, even after a download. This includes orders under terms version 2026-10-20 and checkouts started under those terms but paid later. Purchases under the new terms version 2026-10-20-email-v1 have the rules below. Your order records the terms that apply.
Bug reports
In the demo, choose Report a Bug on the title screen. On the web it sends us your note and, if you agree, your save. In the desktop demo it saves them as a report file: send us that file by email.
